So, your audience is starting to grow. You’ve been showing up, maybe even said yes to a podcast or two (awesome!). You’re showing up, sharing your message, and finally feeling like it’s all starting to click.
But also… you’re exhausted.
Posting in real-time every day? It’s like trying to cook a three-course meal from scratch, three times a day, while replying to emails and dodging notifications. No one has time for that, and queens definitely don’t.
The Problem is, you’re doing so much to stay visible… but it’s not scalable.
You’re spending hours writing posts, scrambling to find images, second-guessing captions, and wondering if you already said that thing last week. And it’s eating up the time you should be spending creating your next product, replying to emails, or, you know, living your life. let’s be honest, the last thing you want, is to be stuck inside writing another post when the kids are crying to go to the beach.
The Fix: You need a visibility strategy, and a little help.
Here’s what I do:
1. Batch it like a Boss
One focused session per week. Sit down, open ChatGPT (the paid version is truly worth it!!), and write a week’s worth of posts in one go. Instagram, Facebook, Substack, whatever you’re using – plan it all while you’re in the zone.
2. Repurpose like a Queen
That Substack post? Break it into 3 Instagram captions, a quote card, and a Pinterest pin.
Your lead magnet? Turn the “why” behind it into a Story for Instagram.
You don’t need more ideas, you just need to use the ones you already have. It’s not cheating, it’s being efficient.
3. Schedule it and strut away
Use tools like Metricool, Later, or Buffer to line everything up. Meta’s own scheduler works great for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads (and is FREE!). Substack posts can be shared directly to socials or embedded into your website. Pick the tools that work for you, and let them do the heavy lifting.
4. Don’t aim for perfect. Aim for done!
This isn’t about being everywhere at once. It’s about being consistent and clever with your content. Show up where your audience hangs out, speak to them, and let go of the pressure to be perfect. Visibility isn’t about doing more. It’s about showing up consistently with intention. And that starts with systems, not stress.
To sum it up:
Visibility doesn’t have to mean hard work. With a plan, a few tools, and a little batching magic, you can show up all week, without being glued to your screen. Now get your things together and take the kids to the beach – or meet your friends at the coffee shop – you deserve it!
Are you batching your content yet, or still flying by the seat of your leggings (even if they are cute!)? Let me know, there’s no judgment here – we’re all learning, just one day at a time.
