Today we’re looking at what “enough” means for you.
What sort of life do you want? Not the vague “one day I’ll be rich and happy” version, but the real picture. Write it down in detail. Where do you want to live? What do your mornings look like? How do you spend your weekends? Where (and how often) do you want to go on vacation?
Once you know the life you want, it’s time to get clear on the numbers. How much do you need to earn to have that life? Not what your neighbour earns. Not what someone on social media claims you should be aiming for. The amount that will actually support the life you’ve described.
When you know what is “enough” for you, you can stop chasing endless “more” goals. You can step off the hamster wheel of proving and comparing and never actually arriving at a destination.
This isn’t about shrinking your dreams. It’s about creating a life you’re happy living, without exhausting yourself in the process, and nobody likes exhaustion!
Take a few minutes today to write your vision of “enough.” You might be surprised at how freeing it feels to finally name it.
